turns out shakespeare understood middle school! ​

currently, i'm writing and directing  a new play with my middle school students that blends their everyday experiences with Shakespeare’s language.

it’s been such a cool opportunity to explore classical acting techniques while collaboratively creating an original piece.

i have just successfully finished Basics 1-6 with Perdekamp Emotional Method.

PEM is  groundbreaking approach for actors to convey authentic emotions purely on a physical basis through neurological access points.

i'm traveling to Ireland!

i got the chance to study acting under Helena Walsh in the beautiful Irish Country side.

i have completed levels one and two with idc! this work has expanded my awareness of keeping my students physical safe while being truthful to the story. it's incredible work.

starting in march 2026, i will begin training for my PEM Teacher Training Level A certification. i'm excited to join an incredible community of practitioners and creatives.
